Trustee Gendur’s journey to becoming a trustee was fueled by his love for his career as a teacher and administrator. He wanted to continue being part of the educational landscape and help guide the ship. He sees himself as a bridge builder, striving to understand and reconcile both sides of any equation. He believes in a middle-of-the-road philosophy, offering small "G" guidance to foster collaboration and understanding.

Returning to her roots between Stockholm and Esterhazy after seven years in Saskatoon, Trustee Anderson, with a Master of Arts in Psychology, sought ways to give back to her community. Inspired by a departing board member, she embraced her passion for education, eager to improve the lives of youth and bring fresh ideas from her K-12 GSSD school experiences.
