Indigenous Self-declaration

The Good Spirit School Division is committed to advancing goals and priorities in Indigenous Education. To support these efforts, information is collected about the Indigenous student population within the division.

Indigenous self-declaration helps establish statistical data to guide the division in planning and enhancing programs that meet the needs of Indigenous learners.

Providing this information is voluntary but vital. It enables the school division to support program planning, service delivery, funding allocation, and statistical analysis for Indigenous Education.

The brochure below can be printed, completed, and submitted to any Good Spirit School Division school or the Division Office. Printed copies are also available at all school offices within the division.
