However, if concerns persist after support has been offered, more formal actions, such as suspension or termination, may be necessary.
GSSD also upholds the principles of natural justice, ensuring that all staff have a fair chance to respond to any concerns brought forward. Clear and transparent processes are in place to ensure that staff members are treated equitably and can appeal decisions if required. In some cases, these matters may be referred to external bodies responsible for overseeing professional conduct.
